Call for Application: Student Assistant IT User Support at BIGSSS › view all

BIGSSS is currently seeking a Student Assistant to support its IT services with 37 hours per month, starting as soon as possible. The position is intended for long-term employment, and we particularly welcome applications from first-year students.

Main responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the installation of workstation computers and application software (Windows 10/11)
• Maintaining workstation PCs
• Maintaining network printers
• Supporting ZOOM meetings

Requirements:

• Informal experience in IT-related tasks
• German language skills at B2 level or higher
• English language skills at B2 level or higher
• Training will be provided to familiarize with our IT infrastructure.

Work will be conducted at both University of Bremen and Constructor University campuses.
