BIGSSS alumnus Stefan Wallaschek was awarded the PPE Young Scholars Award 2020 for his work on solidarity discourses in Europe in times of crisis!

The PPE Institute for Social and Institutional Change (ISIC) at the Witten/Herdecke University established the prize in 2015. It honors and supports young researchers who combine in innovative inter-disciplinary research designs the perspectives of philosophy, politics and economics to enable a more precise view of complex social and institutional processes.
