Natascha Zaun Appointed Research Ambassador in the UK › view all

BIGSSS alumna and Assistant Professor Natascha Zaun has been selected for the University of Bremen's Research Ambassador Program. 

Natascha, who graduated from BIGSSS in 2015, is an Assistant Professor in Migration Studies at the European Institute at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). When she heard about her appointment as Research Ambassador by Prof. Eva-Maria Feichtner, Vice President International and Diversity at the University of Bremen, Natascha said she was very happy to be able to contribute to strengthening cooperation and exchange between the University of Bremen and UK universities, including her home institution LSE: "I have fond memories of my time as a PhD student in Bremen and therefore look forward to acting as a Research Ambassador for the unviersity in the UK."

As Research Ambassador, Natascha will return to the University of Bremen for teaching and research activities from time to time and serve as a contact person for Uni Bremen alumni in the London region as well as for people interested in studying and conducting research at the University of Bremen.
