Members of the University of Bremen and of BIGSSS at Constructor University are therefore cordially invited to the Oral Defense of Fangyue Diana Bao's PhD Thesis "Mechanisms of Global Education Governance: How International Organizations Act in China through Numbers, Finance and Communication".
