Our Dean of BIGSSS, Prof. Dr. Patrick Sachweh, is pleased to report that the PhD Dissertation of Nelson Sindze Wembe is ready to be defended. 

Members of the University of Bremen and of BIGSSS at Constructor University are therefore cordially invited to the Oral Defense of Nelson Sindze Wembe's PhD Thesis "Longing and Belonging in Black African Diasporic Literature Written in French and Spanish". The oral defense will take place in hybrid format and is scheduled for Monday, 3rd November 2025 at 10:00 a.m.  in University of Bremen, UNICOM-Building, BIGSSS Conference Room (7.3280).
