R.eturn migration as a longtime goal, a reaction to negative A.ttribution by others or simply as an option in a T.ransnationalised world in which mobility, flexibility and multiple I.dentities are no longer the exception of a few but the reality of many. Which role do migrant O.rganizations, multinational companies and institutions play in this and how do they shape N.egotiations of culture, institutions and identities?
