BIGSSS Graduation Day 2009
On November 27 2009 the Bremen International Graduate School of Social Sciences BIGSSS celebrated its second Graduation Day in the conference hall of the central Sparkasse Bremen am Brill. Seventeen graduates received their certificate in a solemn but at the same time relaxed and somewhat playful atmosphere as they were introduced by fellow PhD students. The keynote speech was held by Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Dieter Senghaas on “World-wide cultural conflicts - revisited”.
