Post-doc Fellowship Competition
The BIGSSS Post-doc Program:
The BIGSSS post-doctoral competition is open to candidates who received a doctorate in political science, sociology, psychology, law, economics or mass communication within the last three years, or who can be expected to finish prior to commencing their post-doc stay.
BIGSSS offers 2 post-doc positions, ranging from 6 to 24 months. It also provides funds for conducting, presenting and publishing research.The application period for the Fall 2013 semester will begin in the middle of December 2012 and go until March 15th, 2013. The deadline refers to the date of receipt of the application. All letters of recommendation must also reach BIGSSS by March 15th, 2013.
Successful applicants to the Post-doc program will pursue a topic in one of BIGSSS' three Thematic Fields.
All fellows are expected to choose Bremen as their place of residence.
